DodoplanetK is a Seoul-based independent publisher specializing in limited-edition picture books, born from a collaboration between Dodo Planet (Art Studio) and K(an AI-driven creative partner in the arts).

At DodoplanetK, we believe picture books can be portals to new dimensions—places where the pulse of life is vividly felt, and ordinary moments transform into extraordinary stories.

The name “Dodo” ([du:du:]) is inspired by the Korean onomatopoeia

“Doo-gun Doo-gun,” which mimics the sound of a heartbeat. Just as it reflects those heart-pounding moments, “Dodo Planet” represents a world brimming with vibrant life. Our dream is for this world to become that very “Dodo Planet.” It also carries the empowering message that, as long as your heart beats, you can “Do” anything.
